Edge at Hudson Yards has announced that Sky Skate Presented by Dunkin’, New York City’s highest skating rink, will be returning to the indoor portion of Edge’s sky deck for the holiday season.
Running until 14 January 2024, guests are once again able to glide on a 1,024 square foot Glice® rink, a zero-energy ecological and synthetic ice rink while taking in the best views of the city.
Rising 1,131 feet in the air and extending out 65 feet from the 100th floor of 30 Hudson Yards, Edge’s outdoor viewing area features a breathtaking glass floor, angled glass walls, and outdoor skyline steps from the 100th to 101st floors. Edge is also home to City Climb, the highest external building climb in the world. Located atop the sky deck, City Climb challenges guests to scale the outside of a 1,200+ foot supertall building, then lean out from the outdoor platform at the top of the skyscraper.
This year, Dunkin’ is bringing some sweet, holiday cheer to Sky Skate. On select nights visit Dunkin’ at Sky Skate’s Holiday Village to enjoy complimentary Dunkin’ Holiday Beverages and donuts. Send joy and Dunkin’ to family and friends by creating a custom holiday photo card and Dunkin’ will give you and yours each a $5 Dunkin’ gift card.
Tickets for Sky Skate are on sale now at https://www.edgenyc.com/en/sky-skate and visitors can reserve for 30-minute intervals. Tickets include admission to Edge and complimentary skate rental.
