Hilton Lake Como has unveiled a selection of new wellness experiences for guests through to October 2023, from rooftop yolates and guided bike rides to a partnership at eForea Spa with Comfort Zone and the appointment of a new Spa Manager.
September is one of the most beautiful times of the year to experience Lake Como. With temperatures at a very pleasant 21C and over 9 hours of sunshine per day, Hilton Lake Como offers Brits the opportunity to extend their Summer and find their calm in style.
Formerly a silk factory, Hilton Lake Como is now a new-generation hotel with spectacular scenery, traditional charm, and jaw-dropping 360-degree views of the lake from its rooftop pool. There are 170 spacious rooms and suites to choose from, a pampering spa and a popular rooftop cocktail bar and restaurant.
A New Spa Manager for eForea Spa
Hilton Lake Como has announced the appointment of Francesca Stocco as the new Spa & Heath Club manager at its award-winning eForea Spa & Health Club. Bringing many years of international spa management, wellness and beauty experience, Francesca has worked at some of the world’s most prestigious five-star properties, including members of the Leading Hotels of the World. A certified Yoga and Pilates teacher, she will work alongside the spa’s talented team of therapists and practitioners to help guests elevate their well-being throughout their stay.
An oasis of well-being by the lake, the eForea Spa & Health Club offers a range of restorative beauty treatments and therapies alongside a relaxation area with hydrotherapy pool and whirlpool stations, massaging hot-and-cold waterfalls, a sauna, Turkish bath, experience showers and more. At the neighbouring health club, fitness lovers will find a state-of-the-art fitness studio equipped with the latest TechnoGym equipment for muscle and cardiovascular training.
Rooftop Yolates and Private Yoga Sessions
Until the end of September, guests of Hilton Lake Como will be able to practice their downward dog with a view at the hotel’s rooftop yolates sessions. Set against a panoramic backdrop of lakeside splendour, the sessions are complimentary for hotel guests and take place at 7.45am each Saturday morning, providing a magnificent setting in which to soak up the sunrise.
A new and innovative fusion of the very best of yoga and pilates, yolates provides the ultimate way to gently stretch the body, building and toning muscles while restoring calm and balance to body and mind.
For those seeking a more exclusive experience, Hilton Lake Como’s very own Spa Manager, Francesca, will offer year-round small group (up to four) and one-to-one classes upon request either on the spa terrace or within eForea Spa & Health Club, weather permitting. Whether guests favour Power, Vinyasa, Hatha or Indonesian yoga, certified yoga teacher Francesca will be on hand to guide beginners and expert yogis alike. Customising each session with a varied sequence of poses, guests will leave the class feeling cleansed, energised, and ready to face the day.
Private yoga sessions available from 60 euros for 50 minutes (1-2 people) or 80 euros for 50 minutes (3-4 people). Sessions available year-round.
A Partnership with Comfort Zone
Hilton Lake Como has launched a new partnership with wellness brand Comfort Zone at its award-winning eForea spa this Autumn. The luxurious products will be incorporated into a range of treatments at eForea, from restorative facials to relaxing massages and beyond.

Further dynamic activities including hiking and tennis are also available, and guests can opt to take their training up a notch with a series of personal training sessions at the hotel’s fitness centre.
