Signature Entertainment has launched the brand new UK poster for the critically acclaimed supernatural thriller, THE INNOCENTS, which will be released in cinemas and on Digital platforms from 20th May 2022.
An original and highly tense psychological horror, THE INNOCENTS is written and directed by Eskil Vogt, writer of Academy and BAFTA nominated The Worst Person in the World, Thelma, Oslo, August 31st and director of award-winning Norwegian drama Blind.
Set during a bright Nordic summer, THE INNOCENTS tells the story of four children living in the same housing estate, who, when left to their own devices, reveal their dark and mysterious powers. But when the adults aren’t looking, playtime takes a dangerous turn.
The film launched to great critical acclaim at the Cannes Film Festival and has won awards around the world, including at the Sitges Film Festival and Gérardmer International Fantasy Film Festival.
