Co-founded in 2017 by Marie Soliman and Albin Berglund, Bergman Design House has an enviable portfolio of international projects at some of the world’s most exclusive addresses, and has now announced further details for a wide range of inspiring new projects opening in 2022 and beyond.
These include: The Lund Collection, a new luxurious cottage in the Cotswolds for the ultimate private UK escape opening in February 2022; London-based The Other House Hotel, a private members hotel that opens in South Kensington in April 2022; BXR, the high-end boxing gym located in London’s Marylebone along with Sweat by BXR in Doha, Qatar; and BXR in Bishops Gate London, which is scheduled to launch in February 2022 and will be London’s highest gym.
Bergman Design House is also revolutionising the bar scene in Vancouver, Canada. After successfully designing and creating Laowai, a popular speakeasy in the city’s China Town, a second location is now in the works.
Specialising in floating hotels and private super-yachts, Njord by Bergman Design House is a separate component of this luxury design studio with 7-star projects underway.

The Lund Collection is Marie and Albin’s new private cottage in the Cotswolds near Chipping Norton and Great Tew. This three-bedroom oasis of calm is exquisitely decorated by Marie and Albin featuring personally chosen original art pieces.
The Lund Collection is Bergman Design House’s foray into a new line of luxury individual accommodations in the UK.
Creating and designing The Lund Collection has been a passion project for Marie and Albin, and they hope it will be a sanctuary for future guests seeking zen and an escape in the countryside.
Marie and Albin have carefully curated welcome baskets with a fully stocked bar so guests can arrive and immediately relax while feeling welcome.Ideal for couples, solo travellers and small family groups, The Lund Collection is Bergman Design House’s first taste of their own branded accommodations.

The Other House Hotel is a new private members hotel launching in April 2022 in London’s South Kensington by Naomi Heaton and designed by Marie Soliman of Bergman Design House.
A second location in Covent Garden is also underway. The Other House Hotel will establish a new sector of Residents’ Clubs blurring the lines between hotels, serviced apartments and private rentals.
The aim is to let guests feel like a resident when they are in town and give them experiences to remember. In addition to spacious and comfortable rooms, members will enjoy an all-day dining bistro, a destination bar and a glamorous spa.
