The Royal Ballet’s acclaimed production of ‘Swan Lake’ returns to the Royal Opera House this March!

The Royal Ballet’s critically-acclaimed new production of Swan Lake is set to return to the Royal Opera House for its very first revival from Thursday 5 March to Saturday 16 May 2020.

This celebrated production features debuts from Francesca Hayward, Fumi Kaneko and Mayara Magri as Odette/Odile, and Marcelino Sambé and Cesar Corrales as Prince Siegfried.

The production won two Benois de la Danse awards in 2019 for Principal Vadim Muntagirov and designer John Macfarlane.

Swan Lake will also be broadcast live to cinemas on Wednesday 1 April 2020 as part of ROH Live Cinema.



Celebrated as one of the most famous classics in the ballet canon and set to Tchaikovsky’s iconic score, The Royal Ballet’s Swan Lake, with production and additional choreography also features opulent designs by John Macfarlane, breathing new life into this treasured heritage work. Featuring an array of enchanting solos, spectacular pas de deuxs and atmospheric corps de ballet sequences, this production of Swan Lake stands alone as a theatrical masterpiece refreshed for a new generation.
