An Exclusive Dinner with Chinese Celebrity Chef Jereme Leung

Celebrate the festive season with an exclusive à la carte menu from pioneering Shanghainese celebrity chef Jereme Leung, at the Maldives’ first authentic Chinese restaurant, Ufaa. Specially designed by Jereme and his team, the menu will showcase the very best of traditional Chinese cooking. Jereme will be in attendance, promising a star-studded culinary event for guests this festive season.

The dinner with Chef Jereme Leung will take place 21st – 23rd December.



 Christmas Eve Cracking Festive Dinner

On the night before Christmas, guests can feast on a delicious buffet prepared for them at the resort’s sandy-floored Atoll Market. Culinary delights include shucked oysters, seafood paella and slow roasted lamb or turkey.



 Winter Wonderland on Christmas Day

An abundance of good tidings and cheer can be found at the resort’s very own winter wonderland market at the Ufaa Beach Area. Guests, along with the resort’s team members, will come together for a festive carnival complete with games, food stalls and a visit from Father Christmas.



Celebrate New Year’s Eve Maldivian Style

Welcome in the New Year Maldivian style as the resort hosts a celebration of the country’s food and culture. Guests will have the chance to immerse themselves in the island lifestyle as they indulge in authentic delicacies, prepared lovingly by the team of experienced local chefs who travel in from neighbouring islands. To accompany the feast, a Bodu Beru dance performance will take place at the Rangali Bar along with displays of traditional palm weaving.

The price for dinner and sommelier’s selection of reds, whites, sparkling wines and soft drinks on Maldivian night are $165 (approx. £124).

See in the New Year in glitz and glamour and be transported back to 1920s New York, the era of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s ‘The Great Gatsby’ with an extravagant party complete with champagne cocktails and the return of popular jazz ensemble The Freddie James Project.

When the clock strikes twelve, guests can expect an unforgettable firework display.
