For 25 years, Nikki Beach Saint Barth and Nikki Beach Saint-Tropez have helped define the brand’s distinctive approach to luxury beachside hospitality, bringing together dining, music, entertainment, fashion and art.
Now, the two destinations are marking the milestone with a year-long anniversary celebration that promises new experiences while looking back at the people, traditions and creative spirit that shaped them.
The celebrations begin with the reopening of Nikki Beach Saint Barth on 23 October 2026, before the anniversary season continues at Nikki Beach Saint-Tropez from April 2027.
Across both destinations, guests can expect culinary experiences, fashion collaborations, art, music and signature Nikki Beach programming.
Nikki Beach Marks 25 Years Across Saint Barth And Saint-Tropez
The anniversary celebrates two destinations that became important chapters in the development of Nikki Beach.
Opened in 2002, Nikki Beach Saint-Tropez became the brand’s European flagship and second destination, while Nikki Beach Saint Barth became its Caribbean flagship and third property.
Together, they helped take the Nikki Beach lifestyle beyond Miami Beach, introducing its barefoot luxury beach club concept to two internationally recognised destinations.
The experience combines music, dining, entertainment, fashion, film and art, creating an environment designed around socialising, celebration and escaping everyday routines.
A New Creative Chapter For Nikki Beach
For the anniversary year, Nikki Beach is working with graphic design studio Mucho on a creative platform titled “We Started the Party”.
The concept looks back at the brand’s beginnings through a playful, surrealist lens, celebrating the freedom to leave the outside world behind. Dancing with strangers, long lunches that become late afternoons, unexpected surprises and spontaneous celebrations all feature in the visual direction.
The anniversary identity will appear across menus, social media, on-site experiences and other guest touchpoints throughout the celebrations.
The People And Traditions Behind Nikki Beach Saint Barth
The anniversary is also focused on the people who have helped make Nikki Beach Saint Barth what it is today.
General Manager Jérôme Delamaire, Head Hostess Melanie Vianes and Floor Manager Loic Botscazo have each spent more than 15 years at the property.
Executive Chef Antoine Durand and Global Sommelier Billy Baron have each been with Nikki Beach for more than a decade, while resident DJ Patris Gero has helped shape the property’s musical identity over many years.
Their longevity reflects the importance of returning guests, established traditions and the wider community surrounding the destination.
New Culinary Experiences For The Anniversary Season
Food will be another major part of the 25th-anniversary celebrations.
Executive Chef Antoine Durand has worked alongside Corporate Executive Chef Alessandro Pizza on new additions for the season, including a Snow Crab Sando with cucumber and avocado and a Tropical Tuna Tiradito with burnt pineapple and kumquat.
The culinary programme will also include a limited-edition dish created specifically for the anniversary, alongside elevated sharing-style dishes inspired by Saint Barth’s international clientele and Caribbean surroundings.

The new dishes bring a contemporary approach to the season’s menu, combining seafood with fresh, tropical flavours while maintaining the social, sharing-focused character of the Nikki Beach experience.
Fashion, Art And Lifestyle Collaborations
Nikki Beach has commissioned fine art photographer Tony Kelly to create a series of images at both Saint Barth and Saint-Tropez. Selected works will be displayed at the properties and made available to purchase online.
Saint Barth will also receive cosmetic design updates during the anniversary season, including a refresh of the Shop Nikki Beach boutique.
Fashion collaborations will include a special Nick Fouquet collection featuring 25 limited-edition straw hats and 50 caps, with further partnerships including Mercedes Salazar and Bain de Mer.
Amazing Sundays And Signature Saint Barth Traditions
Some of the most recognisable elements of Nikki Beach Saint Barth will remain central to the anniversary season.
Amazing Sundays continues its long-running tradition of turning leisurely lunches into music-filled afternoons, while Saturdance brings resident DJs and live saxophone every Saturday.
On Mondays, Monday Cure offers a post-weekend recovery concept with a dedicated menu of feel-good dishes designed to help guests reset and recharge.
Nikki Beach Saint Barth 2026-2027 Events
The anniversary calendar includes a series of special events throughout the season.
Highlights include the 23 October season reopening, the Saint Barth Gourmet Festival from 9-15 November, Thanksgiving celebrations on 26 November, and a special Mosimann takeover on 28 December.
New Year’s Eve will feature internationally acclaimed DJ and producer HUGEL, alongside immersive tropical décor, curated dining and a midnight countdown.
Nikki Beach Saint Barth will remain open through 15 August 2027, giving the anniversary celebrations an extended season across the island.
