Universal Pictures and Focus Features have released the brand new trailer for Robert Eggers’ upcoming gothic horror, WERWULF, which will be released in UK and Irish cinemas on 1 January 2027.
A harrowing tale of devotion, damnation and the devil within, the trailer teases Eggers’ most visceral and haunting experience yet.
The film reunites Eggers with past collaborators Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Lily-Rose Depp, Willem Dafoe, and Ralph Ineson.
In 13th-century England, a mysterious creature stalks a foggy countryside as local folklore becomes a terrifying reality for the villagers.
