IllFonic has unveiled a brand-new look at Halloween: The Game, revealing the eerie new Orange Grove Estates multiplayer map while also opening physical edition pre-orders for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
Alongside the new location, fans can now choose between a Standard Edition and a feature-packed Limited Collector’s Edition, with both versions launching on 6 October 2026.
The latest reveal gives players another glimpse at how IllFonic is recreating the terrifying world of John Carpenter‘s iconic slasher franchise, with a fresh suburban environment designed to create new opportunities for both survivors and Michael Myers.
Orange Grove Estates Brings A New Hunting Ground To Haddonfield
The newly revealed Orange Grove Estates expands the world of Haddonfield with one of the town’s wealthiest neighbourhoods.
Featuring large multi-storey homes, open front gardens, playgrounds and a central basketball court, the map offers a very different style of gameplay compared to traditional residential streets.
Its more open design creates longer sightlines, making it easier for both civilians and Michael Myers to spot movement across the neighbourhood. Meanwhile, hedges, fences and expansive back gardens provide countless opportunities for stealth, ambushes and narrow escapes.
The addition of upper-floor interiors also introduces new vertical gameplay, forcing players to think carefully about every route they take while escaping The Shape.
Relive Halloween Night As Michael Myers Or Fight To Survive
Based on the events of the original 1978 Halloween film, Halloween: The Game allows players to experience Haddonfield from two very different perspectives.
Players can work together in 1v4 multiplayer, taking on the role of civilians attempting to protect the town from Michael Myers, or step into the boots of The Shape himself, stalking victims across the map.
In addition to multiplayer, the game will also feature a dedicated single-player story mode, giving horror fans another way to experience the iconic franchise.
