The Wizarding World is set to light up the skies above the North West this summer as DroneArt Show: Harry Potter™ arrives at Haydock Park Racecourse for two nights only on 21 and 22 August 2026.
Presented by Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences in partnership with Fever, this first-of-its-kind open-air drone spectacle forms part of the global 25 Years of Magic celebrations.
Combining cutting-edge drone technology with the unforgettable music and dialogue from the Harry Potter film series, the large-scale production promises a cinematic night under the stars.
With 1,200 synchronised illuminated drones soaring across the night sky, audiences will witness iconic moments from the films reimagined through precision aerial choreography, all set to the beloved score that has defined a generation.
What Is DroneArt Show: Harry Potter?
DroneArt Show: Harry Potter™ is a large-scale outdoor spectacle that blends advanced drone choreography with a live musical performance and immersive lighting effects.
As darkness falls over Haydock Park Racecourse, the sky will transform into a vast moving canvas. The illuminated drones will recreate instantly recognisable imagery from the Harry Potter films, synchronised to the original soundtrack and dialogue.
Adding to the atmosphere, a live violinist will perform during key moments of the show, elevating the emotional resonance of the experience. Every guest will also receive LED wristbands that interact with the performance, turning the entire audience into part of the spectacle.
This is not a traditional fireworks show. It is a precisely choreographed storytelling event that merges technology, music and cinematic nostalgia into one cohesive experience.
