Finca Serena is positioned in the quietly charming Pla de Mallorca, set across 40 hectares with views of rolling hills.
The sound of birdsong alongside soft, unobtrusive music permeates the space – best paired with a glass (or two) of the estate’s own wine, whether white, rosé, or their newly available red, all grown on the vineyard itself. Sublime.
What Makes Finca Serena Feel So Connected to Its Surroundings?
Much of what’s used at the hotel is grown on the estate. The lemon trees that line the property offer more than just shade – their fruit is used to make lemonade available at all times to guests.
Lavender and rosemary from the gardens are offered as essential oils at the spa. Everything ties back to the landscape.

What is the Dining Like at Finca Serena?
Fresh, local flavours and produce take centre stage at the Jacaranda restaurant, with a seasonal menu that changes regularly. We got to enjoy dishes like fresh artichoke, tuna tartare, and gambas with a homemade sauce, followed by melt-in-the-mouth chocolate cake.
The ambience in the restaurant is sultry but calm in the evening, giving way by morning to a more relaxed, farmhouse feel, where guests can enjoy a generous buffet breakfast and full à la carte breakfast. A special highlight was the ensaimadas – some of the best in Mallorca, and a classic not to be missed.
When the sun is shining and it is warm enough in the evenings, dining can be enjoyed on Las Palmeras Terrace, a tranquil space nestled beneath palm trees.
What Are the Pool and Spa Facilities Like?
There are two swimming pools on the property: one outdoors, with sweeping views of the countryside, and another heated pool in the spa. The spa also features a sauna, double loungers and a well equipped gym.
