Bringing the flavours, high energy and spirit of Vietnam to Manchester, Vietnamese street food restaurant, HOP Vietnamese, have launched their very first branch outside of London.
Located in the world-renowned Trafford Centre’s Orient food court, visitors to HOP Manchester can expect to feel energised and uplifted as soon as they step foot into the bold and bright space.
Similar to the vibrant and multi-sensory food they serve, HOP is dedicated to creating unique spaces and consider every last detail. Each HOP restaurant is a gloriously unique riot of colour, texture and design.
From the three minutes it takes guests from placing their orders through digital ordering kiosks, to walking out of the door, HOP pride themselves on fantastic service whilst delivering fresh made-to-order, fully customised dishes inspired by Vietnamese street food vendors.
Guests can expect standout and full-flavour menu items such as:
- Loaded HOP Tots
- Miso Sweet Potato Noodle Salad
- Beef Brisket Pho
- Caramel Chicken Banh Mi
- Salted Caramel Milk Tea
- Peach Tea and Mango Boba
The new opening follows the launch of HOP’s third restaurant in London (with Bond Street opening last month) and comes as the Vietnamese chain adds further options to their ever expanding menu.
This includes the addition of bubble teas, soft serve ice cream, iced Viet Coffees, homemade lemonades, both of which are available in a host of different flavours. The new offering also includes a children’s range and a selection of beers and cocktails.
HOP Manchester is open 7 days a week, from 10:30AM right through to 10:00 PM and Trafford Centre restaurant will be located in Kiosk Unit 2, Lower Level, The Orient, Trafford Centre.
