The Almeida Theatre has this morning announced a brand new production of John Webster’s iconic revenge tragedy, The Duchess of Malfi, starring Lydia Wilson in the title role.
Associate Director Rebecca Frecknall will direct the new production which runs from Monday 2 December 2019 to Saturday 18 January 2020.
The Duchess of Malfi follows Frecknall’s previously acclaimed Almeida productions of Three Sisters and the Olivier Award-winning Summer and Smoke.
