Shangri-La Hotel, Paris recently launched its new seasonal pop-up bar, SÒNG, offering unbeatable views of the Eiffel Tower, Glenfiddich whisky and Hendrick’s Gin cocktails, and a mouthwatering Asian tapas menu.
Hosted in one of the hotel’s elegant suites with a heated terrace garden, the bar transports guests to the Shanghai of the 1930s with a red, gold and black color palette.
Modern Asian music and velvet arm chairs complete the romantic atmosphere.

Named after the Song dynasty, which reigned in China from 960 to 1279, the bar celebrates the golden age when commerce, culture and social life flourished.
Head Barman Clement Emery and his team serve up creations inspired by the Song era with bases of Glenfiddich whiskies and Hendrick’s Gin.
Guests can also choose from a selection of rum, cognac, tequila, vodka, sake, champagne, wine and beer.
SÒNG is open every evening from 6pm to midnight.
