Oblix East to host pop-up ‘Seafood Brunch’ on the first four weekends in August

To celebrate the summer, Oblix East’s Executive Chef Marcus Eaves has announced the launch of a new, specially designed, pop-up ‘Seafood Brunch‘ spectacular, which will run on the first four weekends in August.

The ‘Seafood Brunch‘ will offer a mouthwatering array of dishes, alongside unparalleled views  from Level 32 of The Shard.

The ultimate 3 course summer feast will feature a long counter offering up a range of treats including porthilly oysters, lobster cocktail, marinated queen scallops, razor clams, dressed portland crab and more, alongside Oblix’s signature deli brunch selection.

For the main course, an array of seafood dishes are available to order, such as the toasted sourdough, cornish crab, scrambled eggs & oscietra caviar, or josper grilled tiger prawns, lemon verbena & garlic butter.

Guests will then be invited to select from a tempting array of desserts, with both indulgent and lighter options such as the grapefruit & yuzu passet or crunchy meringue with fruit compote.

Available on Saturday and Sunday, 12pm-3:30pm, on the first four weekends in August (4th, 11th, 18th, 25th) exclusively, the Oblix East Seafood Brunch starts from £70 per person, or £95 per person for free-flowing Chandon.
