Anne-Marie Duff & Kenneth Cranham to star in Simon Stephens’ ‘Heisenberg’ for Elliott Harper Productions

Elliott Harper Productions has announced that Anne-Marie Duff and Kenneth Cranham will star in Simon Stephens’ Heisenberg: The Uncertainty Principle, which runs at London’s Wyndham’s Theatre from 3 October to 6 January 2018.

Tickets go on sale today for its 14 week limited run with over 30,000 tickets at under £20

Elliott Harper Productions is the brainchild of Tony and Olivier Award-winning theatre director Marianne Elliott and theatre producer Chris Harper, first announced in November 2016.


The company launches in the West End with Heisenberg, and will present a season of five shows throughout 2018, one of which will be a unique new production of Stephen Sondheim’s Company starring Rosalie Craig as Bobbie, with Sondheim giving his permission to change the gender of the originally male role of Bobby.Marianne Elliott will direct both Heisenberg and Company.

In addition, Elliott & Harper are co-producing a new production of CS Lewis’ The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe with West Yorkshire Playhouse and Catherine Schreiber.  Directed by Sally Cookson, it will play at the Quarry Theatre at West Yorkshire Playhouse from 29 November 2017 – 21 January 2018, with a press night on 6 December 2017. Joining Sally Cookson on the creative team are: War Horse designer, Rae Smith, sound designer Ian Dickinson, writer in the room, Adam Peck, movement director, Dan Canham and lighting designer, Bruno Poet with music by Benji Bower.
