Directed By: Joseph L. Mankiewicz
Starring: Humphrey Bogart, Ava Gardner, Edmond O’Brien, Marius Goring, Rossano Brazzi, Valentina Cortese
Humphrey Bogart, Ava Gardner and Best Supporting Actor Academy Award® winner Edmond O’Brien headline Joseph L. Mankiewicz’s glittering exploration of the intrigues of a glamorous but troubled film star, featuring a new Audio Commentary, the authentic original 3-track Perspecta soundtrack and an exclusive Stills Gallery of rare production and behind-the-scenes photography.
Writer-director Joseph L. Mankiewicz gives us a bitter tale of stardom won and wasted in The Barefoot Contessa (1954), a film à clef about a Rita Hayworth-style Spanish dancer (Ava Gardner) who becomes an international movie star.
Her sympathetic guide is a writer/director/ Mankiewicz surrogate (Humphrey Bogart); Edmond O’Brien won a Best Supporting Actor Oscar® playing the public relations lackey of a Howard Hughes-like mogul (Warren Stevens); and the film is stunningly photographed by the one and only Jack Cardiff (The Red Shoes, Black Narcissus).
Special Features: Isolated Score Track / Audio Commentary with Film Historians Julie Kirgo and David Del Valle / Stills Gallery from the David Del Valle Archive / Original Theatrical Trailer

Directed By: Douglas McGrath
Starring: Charlie Hunnam, Jamie Bell, Christopher Plummer, Anne Hathaway, Jim Broadbent, Stella Gonet, Tom Courtenay, Alan Cumming, Edward Fox, Romola Garai, Barry Humphries, Nathan Lane, Timothy Spall, Juliet Stevenson
Charles Dickens’s evergreen tale of family strife, crooked chicanery and theatrical tomfoolery in Victorian England – graced with a rousing roll call of young and veteran acting greats – raises the curtain of its merry, moving and altogether applause-worthy holiday season hi-def Blu-ray debut!
Writer-director Douglas McGrath (Emma) brings us a cleverly pared-down but potent version of Charles Dickens’ massive and often darkly humorous study of Victorian corruption, Nicholas Nickleby (2002).
The extraordinary cast includes Christopher Plummer as Nicholas’ evil financier uncle; Jim Broadbent and Juliet Stevenson as the loathsome Mr. and Mrs. Squeers; and, more brightly, Tom Courtenay, Anne Hathaway, Jamie Bell, Timothy Spall, Romola Garai, Stella Gonet and Charlie Hunnam as Nicholas. Also highlighted by a score from Rachel Portman, available on this Twilight Time release as an isolated track.
Special Features: Isolated Score Track / Audio Commentary with Director Douglas McGrath / Creating a Classic: The Making of Nicholas Nickleby / The Cast on the Cast! / View on the Set Multi-Angle Feature / Original Theatrical Trailer

Release Date: 13 December, 2016
Directed By: Woody Allen
Starring: Woody Allen, Charlotte Rampling, Jessica Harper, Marie-Christine Barrault, Tony Roberts, Daniel Stern
Woody Allen’s stylistically daring and blisteringly funny portrait of a moviemaker plagued by creative blockage, checkered celebrity and ruptured romances comes to glistening hi-def Blu-ray, highlighted by three lovely co-starring actresses and lustrous Gordon Willis cinematography.
Writer-director Woody Allen plays yet another, more acidic version of himself in Stardust Memories (1980), deliberately invoking Fellini’s 8½ as he tracks a filmmaker’s attempts to deal with celebrity, fandom, the ups-and-downs of his own creative impulses, and his difficult relationships with women.
The women are played by a magnificent trio of actresses – Charlotte Rampling, Jessica Harper, and Marie-Christine Barrault; the magnificent black-and-white cinematography is gifted by frequent Allen collaborator, the great Gordon Willis.
Special Features: Isolated Score Track / Original Theatrical Trailer

Starring: Kerwin Matthews, Jo Morrow, June Thorburn, Lee Patterson, Gregoire Aslan, Basil Sydney, Peter Bull
Directed By: Jack Sher
Enter again the magical world of special effects wizard Ray Harryhausen with this marvelous, family-audience retooling of Jonathan Swift’s novel about a man’s adventures in fantasylands where he looms both large and small, now on hi-def home video for the first time in its original aspect ratio.
The phenomenal team of special effects wizard Ray Harryhausen, composer Bernard Herrmann, and director Jack Sher bring their gifts to bear on The 3 Worlds of Gulliver (1960), a spritely adaptation of Jonathan Swift’s acerbic satire, Gulliver’s Travels.
Satire gives way here, however, to the fantastical tale of a doctor (Kerwin Mathews) and his stowaway fiancée (June Thorburn) who adventure first to Lilliput – a land populated by four-inch-tall schemers – and then to Brobdingnag, where giants prove no more politic.
Special Features: Isolated Score Track / Audio Commentary by Film Historians Randall Cook, C. Courtney Joyner, and Steven C. Smith / The Making of The 3 Worlds of Gulliver / The Harryhausen Chronicles / This Is Dynamation! / Original Theatrical Trailer
